In celebration of the Ravens making it to the Super Bowl, instead of spotlighting a single GURU STYLE STAR for the week, I’m saluting all shoppers in purple.
I caught up with Johanna while she was doing some last minute shopping before heading to New Orleans for the big game! She’s already decked out in her purple, right down to the Michael Kors suede flats! Her cardigan is from Nordstrom. Johanna tells me she has been wearing purple for two weeks. And get this — she says her husband has been wearing his Ray Lewis Jersey since the beginning of the playoffs and has just changed out the shirt that he wears underneath!
Along with a Ravens hat and bag, note Dino’s purple and grey striped sweater from Macy’s. Plus, check out his shoes.
No question he’s a FAN!
Most shoppers that I spotted are wearing their purple to show their Ravens pride. For a few, it’s a coincidence. No matter the reason for strutting purple, it adds to the amazing pre-game energy you can feel everywhere!
