Towson Town Center is teaming up with DonorsChoose.org to help local public schools get the supplies they need!
You’re invited to do your part to Celebrate Schools and extend your support!
Here is a link to the Celebrate School’s tab on the mall’s Facebook page. Once you’re on the page, you can click on a school subject, see a list of requests for support from local, public school teachers, and make an online donation to help fulfill the wish of your choice. All of the donations will help teachers get the supplies and materials they need for school projects and lessons. Even small donations can add up to make a BIG difference!
There’s a way you can even further stretch your support. If you’re not yet a member of the Club at Towson Town Center, which shares the inside scoop throughout the year on special sales, events and other exclusive promotions with its members, be sure to sign up now for the free club! If you join before 10/14, you’ll receive a code that will double your donation of up to $50 to DonorsChoose.org.* You can sign up for the Club at Customer Service on Level 3 or at other stations throughout the mall, like the one below.
Celebrate Schools!
Plus, the mall’s parent company — General Growth Properties — will give $20,000 to one U.S. school nominated by a GGP mall Club member. All eligible, nominated schools will be included in a national drawing on 10/14.
Coming up on the weekend of October 13th and 14th, Towson Town Center will host a two-day Celebrate Schools celebration! School groups from Baltimore City and Baltimore County Schools are invited to participate in this fun event by highlighting their talents through art displays, musical performances and more.
