It’s easy to fall into the trap of just going for basic black, grey and brown for work. This week’s GURU Style Star Leigh’s pop of turquoise caught my eye!
Leigh’s standout top features a subtle pattern and a slight peplum. She is pairing it with a pair of boot cut pants from Ann Taylor. Her comfortable wedges are Calvin Klein. The beaded necklace is from Banana Republic. Her bracelet is a Payless ShoeSource score, and her bag is Coach.

Describe your style:
I pick from everywhere. I pick from high-end to low-end and mix it all together. Generally, I tend to wear mostly neutrals with a pop of color. I’m in outside sales. I’m always running around. I’m always in comfortable clothes.
What style do you want to try and haven’t.
Heels! I’m on the move all day. I don’t want to sacrifice comfort.
What fashion advice do you have for others?
I think it’s always good to get timeless pieces that will last through the years. It’s good to mix from different stores and not always buy from the same store.
