Meet this week’s GURU Style Star, Kate!
Kate’s double pops of color — with her captivating coral bag and her turquoise and green earrings — caught my attention. She used them to accessorize a casual little black dress and finished the look with a pair of cork wedges. I also took notice of her layered bracelet look.
This Towson mom of two daughters and one son is a Stella & Dot stylist and also works part-time at a boutique in Ruxton.
Relaxed. I like to take simple, classic things and then accessorize and add a pop of color with jewelry and accessories.
I would go to Nordstrom and I would buy clothes, maybe a little makeup.
I just have to say the colorblocking. I love to add color to my wardrobe. Blue and green are my favorite colors.
The really long tunic tops. I can’t wear them. I’m too short.
I would have to say Nordstrom. I find the most there.
My worn in Citizens of Humanity jeans. They could never be replaced. They are nice and worn in.
I have a couple dresses that are classic enough. I can’t bring myself to give them away. I’ll hold on to them for my daughters.
