While in Williams-Sonoma the other day, I noticed something I’ve never seen before — a nonstick pan ($39.95) made for mini fillable pancakes. These petite pancakes are called Ebelskivers and come from Denmark. You can fill these ball-shaped pancakes with fruit, chocolate, jam or cheese.

I promise I won’t tell your guests — but you don’t have to make these cakes from scratch! You can get a mix at Williams-Sonoma. It’s $11.95. Plus, you’ll find many other tempting pancake and waffle mixes as well as decadent syrups.
Ebelskiver Pancake Mix
The Ebelskivers make for a memorable presentation and are a fun conversation piece! Williams-Sonoma also has an entire cookbook dedicated to these mini pancakes.

Check out this nonstick frittata pan set. You get two nonstick pans with interlocking handles. You can attach them and use the double pan for flipping frittatas. You can also use each pan individually. Choose between an 8” diameter set ($99.95) or a 10” diameter pair ($129.95).
To save prep time, you can choose from three different frittata starter jars ($10.95 each). There is a Roasted Sun Dried Tomato with Artichoke, a Roasted Red Pepper and Kalamata Olive, as well as Fire Roasted Corn Chile and Onion.
