Great News For Easter: Chocolate Makes You Thin!

6 Apr

Adults who eat chocolate regularly are thinner than their non-chocolate indulging counterparts, finds a recently released University of California, San Diego study.  We’re not talking about inhaling chocolate all day long but “modest” amounts.

I’ll definitely feel less guilty this year as I indulge while assuming my floppy ear duties and filling my kids’ baskets.

If you are still looking for goodies, Godiva (level 3) and Lindt (level 4) both have  lots of temptations.

At Lindt, you can save by stocking up!

Located on Level 4

The small Lindt Gold Bunnies (100g) are three for $12 or $4.50 a piece. They come in milk, white and dark chocolate.

Here’s another three for $12 deal: You can mix and match these adorable five packs of Mini Chicks, Mini Gold Bunnies and Bugs & Bees. They’re also $4.50 a pack.  The Bugs & Bees have a hazelnut filling. The others are milk chocolate.

Now for a great deal! Lindor Truffles are three for $30!  Each bag has 45 pieces. The bags are usually $16 a pop!

Just a reminder, the mall is closed on Easter Sunday (4/8) and will resume normal business hours on Monday.

Rebecca, I was at the mall on Thursday and saw Smart Toys opened. It’s interesting that the store never announced an opening or advertised. Is this a pop-up/temporary store or is it permanent?

Good morning. I just inquired and found out that Smart Toys is a temp store.
      Best,
      Rebecca
